Seven questions about your project produce an indicative price band, recommended capture method and deliverable bundle. The numbers come first; the contact form at the end is optional and just pre-fills a brief for our scoping inbox.

Quote estimator

Seven questions. An indicative price band. A deliverable bundle tailored to your project — and a brief we can scope from.

The estimator builds your brief as you answer. Indicative pricing is a band, not a fixed quote — the only way to firm it up is a short scoping conversation, which the form at the end starts. No email gate to get to the numbers.

How we price

Four levers move the numbers more than anything else.

The estimator's tier model reflects the four factors that actually move scoping decisions. Sliding any one of them can move a project across two tiers — worth keeping in mind as you set the brief.

See how mapping works
  • 01
Site size and access drive base cost

A 5 ha lot is a half-day capture; a 500 ha corridor is a full week. Travel to remote sites is itemised separately so the metro and regional bands stay comparable.

  • 02
    Vegetation density drives processing time

Bare ground classifies automatically. Dense canopy needs higher point density on capture and manual review on classification — both add to the processing budget.

  • 03
Accuracy budget sets the control strategy

Engineering-grade ±20 mm requires permanent or hot-tied ground control, RTK + PPK, and a more rigorous QA pass than planning-grade ±150 mm visualisations.

  • 04
Deliverable mix sets the back-end work

A classified point cloud is what we always ship. CAD linework, BIM, hydro-enforced surfaces and signed reports each add specific processing stages.

What's not in the indicative band

The honest list of what we itemise separately.

Hidden costs are the worst part of any quote. Here's what doesn't sit inside the standard tier price — and why.

Travel + accommodation for remote sites

Itemised at cost, transparently — no margin loaded on top of plane tickets and motel rooms.

New permanent ground control

If the site doesn't have usable control, establishing it is a separate licensed-surveyor scope.

Plant or traffic management

Some sites need spotters, traffic plans or shutdowns. These are run by your project team or quoted separately.

Specialist deliverables (BIM, digital twin)

Full BIM models and digital-twin integration are scoped as a follow-on project off the captured cloud.

Re-fly cycles outside the original scope

Monthly reconciliation captures are priced separately as a programme; the first capture is the baseline.

Third-party data integration

Importing the deliverables into your specific GIS / CAD / AM system can be supported but is a separate engagement.

Prefer to talk it through?

Some projects are easier to scope on a 15-minute call.

Multi-vertical projects, large-scale captures, repeat-cycle programmes and anything specialist — happy to talk through the scope rather than estimate cold.
